I have just returned from a couple of days away from the office and saw that the water cooler had been installed. It is absolutely marvellous and everyone is extremely happy with it, it has already had a lot of use.
My sincere apologies for not getting back to you earlier to thank you for your wonderful gift. It will be so useful in our seminar room. Yesterday we had a day for volunteers to update them on our activities and thank them for the work they do for us, and we are delighted to be able to benefit from the water cooler.
We also hold parents and sibling groups and study days on a regular basis in the seminar room. It is wonderful and a very welcome addition to our meeting room.

The area that it was installed in serves as the family lounge in the accommodation wing. This is where the parents / guardians of our patients stay whilst their child is under our care and as such it will be put to immediate use!
