The water is sourced from aquifers that lay deep within the North Yorkshire Moors, surfacing as springs directly under the White Horse of Kilburn.
The water is so pure that bottles can be filled without undergoing any processing or additives that can be associated with other waters, thus maintaining and preserving all the minerals and nutrients not found in processed water. Before filling, the bottles are subjected to a thorough cleansing. They are sterilised using ozonation, an electrical process which uses no chemicals. Once full the 18.9 litre bottles are immediately capped and sealed using tamper evident, no-spill caps that protect against contamination.
Water is tested on a regular basis under stringent conditions at a local laboratory.
